Battle
Every tactical call is yours.
You set the formation, hand each agent its directives, send the squad at an opponent and watch the whole fight in 3D.

You set the plan. Your squad does the fighting.

HQ
Headquarters. You run the squad and its armament from here, build your standing, and climb the city floor by floor.
Agents
You bring agents in with Credits. The ones you don't need become fuel for the ones you are betting on.
Fabrication
Nothing drops in a fight. Every piece of kit comes out of your fabricator, and you decide on the spot: equip it or scrap it.
Skills
Level them up and match them to what each agent is already good at.
Campaign
You start in the slums. You clear them block by block and climb toward the top of the city, where the strongest are waiting.
Operations
Four jobs, each opened by its own permit. A run you lose hands the permit back, so you keep going.
Chat
Every line you post lights a beacon over your syndicate. While it burns, anyone can come for you.
Who is building this
I've spent twenty years writing graphics code — engines, shaders, fighting for every frame. Now I'm putting all of it into a mobile game: 3D characters, a rendered replay of every battle, and balance I test in 10,000 simulated battles before I change a single number. Art, code, numbers — I do all of it myself, hours every day.
Discord is where most of it happens. I post what I'm working on, I invite testers from there, and whoever shows up early gets a say in what this becomes.
Come say hi.On Discord I post the progress, ask what you think, and invite the testers from there. The earlier you join, the more you can still change.
No forced ads. They ruin games. I'd rather skip rewarded ads too, but that one the community decides in a poll.
Autumn 2026.
Android and iOS — phones and tablets.
That's up to you. The game is built so it never asks for more than an hour a day. If you want your syndicate near the top, it will take more.
Agents you summon for in-game currency. Gear you fabricate yourself; nothing drops in battle. Campaign and missions open access to better ones.
You don't — the campaign against the corporations is a full path, and losing a defence costs you nothing. But fighting other players is where I think most of the fun is.
Three closed test waves before launch, each bigger than the last. You apply with a short form. I'm looking for people who can give specific feedback, and I invite active Discord members first — so the earlier you show up, the better.
Two quiet weeks and five systems: the Reclaimer, leagues, the Clinic, Programs and a forty-battle chapter. What is left before 28 September, and why the last week goes to the stores.
The zone board is live — written by hand, moderated automatically, and it lets the winner say one thing to the loser. Operations went in with it, and there is a date at the bottom of this post.
Two weeks on skills — the catalogue, the summon, the merge, and every effect resolving in the fight. Then the design and the technical plan for daily Operations and chat.
