Who runs this site

Drypoint Studio operates syndicatesgame.com. It is a one-person company Rusty set up for this game — it exists so the game can be published in the app stores, sign contracts and answer for the data. Write to contact@drypointstudio.com about anything on this page.

What is collected

Visit counts, without cookies. We use Google Analytics. It counts page views, records the site that sent you here, and notes which parts of a page were opened. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device — it is configured so that nothing at all is written to your browser, which also means it cannot recognise you on a second visit or tie one visit to another. It builds no profile and does not follow you between sites. Google derives an approximate location from the IP address a request comes from and does not store the address. Google Ireland Limited processes this on our behalf and the data may be transferred to the United States. We use it only to see how many people visit, where they come from, and which parts of the site they read.

Your language choice. When you pick a language it is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and never reaches us.

Server logs. Like every website, this one is served by a host that briefly sees the IP address a request comes from. We do not keep or store those logs ourselves.

What we can and cannot do for you

This site has no accounts, no payments and no mailing list. Nothing reaches us that carries your name or any other detail that would identify you — which means we have nothing to look up for you and nothing to delete on request.

What you can do:

• Clear this site’s data in your browser settings, which removes the remembered language choice.
• Complain to a data protection authority if you think we handled this badly. In Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Links to Discord, TikTok and YouTube lead to services we do not run. Once you are there, their own policies apply.
